Single Source Named Infor's 2018 Cross-Sell Partner of the Year

On Sunday, September 23, 2018, Single Source Systems, Inc. was named Infor's 2018 Cross-Sell Partner of the Year at the annual Infor Partner Summit, held in Washington, DC. 

Infor's Cross-Sell Program is designed to promote the array of point solutions, such as CRM and CPQ, that enhance Infor's ERP solutions, including CloudSuite Distribution and CloudSuite Industrial. Single Source specializes in assisting other channel partners in selling and supporting CloudSuite Field Service (formerly Infor Service Management) to their ERP customers. 

The Infor Partner Summit, held prior to Inforum, Infor's largest annual customer event, is intended to enable partners to better apply what Inforum has to offer. The Partner Summit Awards recognize Alliance and Channel Partners that have demonstrated a commitment to business growth, high levels of service, and customer success. 

The Cross-Sell Partner of the Year award was the first of its kind. "It was such an honor and a great surprise," said Single Source President Cory Rhodes. "I only had an inkling when I realized our table assignment was in the area with the other winners!"

Single Source not only supports fellow channel partners in cross-selling but also, as the original developers of CloudSuite Field Service (CSFS), strongly believe in its potential as an end-to-end, standalone ERP solution. "We have had the privilege of being aligned with Infor for a very long time," said Rhodes. "I think this award embodies our commitment to Infor, to the service industry, and to CloudSuite Field Service. We hope for even more success with CSFS in the future, bringing it into new markets."
